Does I.B Landscaping provide sample of paving blocks?

Yes once happy with a quote can arrange a date for samples.

What happens when I call to arrange a quote?

Arrange time and date to meet up with the customer go through the job get some ideas together and then provide a full written quotation on the email.

What do I receive when you quote?

Once we have been at the property within couple of days a full written quote will be sent on email.

Where do you operate?

We are from Newark on Trent operating 30 mile radius around Newark.

What size of projects do you undertake?

Anything from domestic to commercial.

What are your working hours?

7 am until 6 pm Monday to Saturday.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully insured certificates can be shown on customer’s request.

How do your prices compare to other landscapers?

Price is fair we do value our work and like I say to every customer is you get what you pay for.

Do you use sub-contractors?

No. We don’t use sub-contractor(s).

Can you carry out landscaping in the winter?

Yes all year round.

Will you dispose of any waste and debris?

Yes all waste taken away which will be in the quote. All waste carriers license are in place.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Book as soon as you are happy with the quote.

Do you have any minimum project requirements/costs?

No. We don’t have minimum project cost.

What’s the best time of year to start garden landscaping work?

All year round.

Will the landscapers need access to my home, and will I need to provide anything?

No.

Does the price include all the materials needed?

Yes, unless customer request otherwise.

What happens if there is any damage to my property?

Nothing to worry we are fully insured company.
